The scope of the consulting firm service includes:
1. Independence Award 2026 Ceremony 01(one) day program May be held 09 April 2026 or Nearable date;

3. Responsible ensure 24x7 for Physical support;
3.1 Event Concept & Planning:
Develop event theme, stage concept, and visual identity aligned with national values.
Prepare detailed event execution plan, timeline, and production schedule.
Submi 2D/3D stage design, layout, and mockups for approval.
3.2 Venue Management:
Coordinate with designated venue authority.
Stage construction and backdrop production.
VIP seating arrangements as per government protocol.
Branding, signage, and directional displays.
Floral and aesthetic arrangements.
3.3 Technical Production:
Professional sound system and audio engineering.
LED screens and display systems.
Stage lighting (ceremonial, ambient, and broadcast lighting).
Multi-camera setup for live broadcast.
Live streaming setup (if required).
Backup power and technical redundancy plan.
4. 3 designers with necessary computers/laptops will have to work on-site as per the instructions of the Cabinet Department from the date of contract execution.
5. All work, including venue decoration, must be completed by April 7, 2026.
6. Rehearsals will be held the day before the event.
