প্যাকেজের বিবরণ: The assignment involves the hiring of one (01) AC Microbus for official use of the RMS Engineering, Testing and Sealing Section, Narayanganj under the Regional Engineering Department, Narayanganj. The hired microbus will be used for official movements including but not limited to: Field inspection of RMS stations, Meter testing, sealing and regulatory activities, Official meetings, site visits, and emergency operational duties, Any other duties if required. The vehicle shall be provided on a daily basis with a professional driver and shall remain available as per official requirement during working hours and beyond, if required.

The tenderer must be a legally registered firm/company/individual having valid trade license, TIN, VAT registration certificate, and other statutory documents applicable under the laws of Bangladesh.
The Tenderer must have at least 03 (three) years of experience in providing vehicle rental/hiring services to government, semi-government, or autonomous bodies or reputed organizations.
The Tenderer shall have sound financial capability, supported by a bank solvency certificate and up-to-date income tax clearance.
The tenderer must not have been declared blacklisted by any government or autonomous organization.
The Tenderer must comply with all terms and conditions stipulated in the tender document and PPR/ PPA rules in force.
