* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. All e-GP tenderer/supplier of Bangladesh are Eligible to participate.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Furture Supply) of at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 13,50,000 (Thirteen Lac Fifty Thousand Taka). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit lines, net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 20,00,000/- (Twenty Lac Taka). The format for the Credit Line to be issued by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh as per ITT Clause.
4. The amount of the Tender Security shall be tk. 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Taka).
5. Tender Related all documents (Trade Licence, Tax Payment Certificate, Vat Certificate) must be updated as per mentioned in TDS.
6. All the conditions stated in ITT, TDS, GCC & PCC will be followed as per PPR 2025.
7. The Academy authorities reserve the right to cancel this tender order/contract at any time/stage in case of any deviation.
