প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works/Renovation works as prime contractors shall be 5 (five) years. Years counting backward from the publication of IFT in e-GP portal.
2.The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor in construction works/Renovation works of at least one contract of similar nature building works/Renovation works with a value at least Tk. 20.00 (Twenty point zero zero) lacs in a single contract.
3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) lacs.
4. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 54.00 (fifty four) lacs over the last 5 years.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 21.00 (Twenty one) lacs.
6. The Tenderer must possess: i) Up to date trade license. ii) Valid VAT Registration certificate. iii) Up to date income tax clearance certificate
7. Tender will be evaluated with latest amendments of PPA 2006 & PPR 2025.
8. Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tenderer are shown in TDS and PCC of tender document.
9. The Procuring Entity (PE) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
10. It is the duty of contractor to submit all the documents freshly (without corrupted). If any documents get corrupted and evaluation committee could not be able to open the file, no claim from the tenderer will be entertained regarding the file.
11. Photo and video must have to be taken by the contractor at a different angle during pre-work and post-work measurement and submitted to the PE. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
