প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) Updated Trade Licence, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN, NID, Income Tax Certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate, (b) Minimum General Experience-3 years (c) The minimum specific experience as a supplier in supplying similar goods must include at least two (2) contracts successfully completed within the last five (5) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 52,50,000(Fifty two lac fifty thousand taka) (d) Minimum Supply of similar therapy equipments 150 pcs last 5(five) years in a single work order (e) The minimum amount of financial resources, such as liquid assets, working capital, credit line(s), specific credit commitment, or any combination thereof, for the Tenderers shall be Tk. 1,40,00,000 (One crore forty lac taka) (f) Price Quoted for lot shall correspond at 100% (g) The required information regarding claims under litigation shall be current or during the last 5 years (h) Manufacturers Authorization is required (i) Required audited reports past 2 years with DVC number (j) The Bidder must submit a bank statement for the last six months showing satisfactory transactions and a credit facilities letter from a scheduled bank. (k) Tender validity period is 130 days(l) Minimum Supply of production capacity of similar therapy equipments are 400 pcs.(m) If PE wants to be required Some items as a sample before the opening time or evaluation time tenderer must be directly submit to the PE office. Port Landing Inspection (PLI) may be conducted in special cases if PE deems it necessary.(n) Bills will be paid subject to receipt of budget from the government.(o) Manufacturer has to be EU/CE/FDA or equivalent certificate. (p) “Local Bidder has to be ISO or equivalent certificate and with varified”
