প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to al eligible tenderer registered in e GP system meeting the folowing criteria:
1. The Tenderers must have minimum 03(Three) years of general experience of construction works.
2. The minimum specific experience as Construction works including fencing/wall/Column etc with minimum 5mm CNC cutting MS plate as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 contract successfully completed within the last 3 years, with a value of at least Tk. 9.00 lac
(The Tenderer must enclose a certificate to perform construction work including fencing/walls/columns, etc. with minimum 5 mm CNC cutting)
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 39.00 Lac in the last three (3) financial years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover. In JV works, JV share must be declared, otherwise the certificate wil be rejected and tenderer treated as non-responsive.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities of Tk. 16.00 Lac.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall be Tk.10.00 lac.
6. The Tenderer must enclose upto date VAT registration certificate, up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, up to-date trade license and up-to-date ABC license.
7. Others qualification stated in TDS & PCC.
