* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩,৫৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০,৭০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,৫৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ১০,৭০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of five (05) years of general experience in electro-mechanical works.
b) The Tenderer shall have successfully completed at least one (01) contract of a similar nature involving a successful completion of Yearly Operation & Maintenance of VRF & Split type air-Conditioning system within the last five (05) years, either as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor. The value of the contract shall be at least BDT 30.00 Lac and the work shall have been carried out for any Government, Semi-Government or Autonomous Body in Bangladesh. (Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of the IFT in the e-GP System).
The relevant work completion certificate shall be submitted in Form A (attached General Specifications section) as follows:
i) For work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii) For work done under any Government, Semi-Government or Autonomous Body other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer with a rank not below that of Executive Engineer of PWD and the certificate shall be duly verified by the concerned Procuring Entity.
c) The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than BDT 29.00 Lac over the last five (05) years.
d) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of BDT 22.00 Lac in Liquid Assets, Working Capital or Credit Facilities.
e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be BDT 30.00 Lac.
f) Other documents in support of specifications and compliance shall be submitted as per TDS.
