প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.Tenderer shall have the experience of satisfactory completion of similar works of a minimum value under a single or multiple numbers of contracts over a period.
(Two) Nos. satisfactory completion of similar works [In KPI area] of at least Tk 2,00,000.00 (Two Lac) each, under single contract over a period of 05 (Five) years shall be required. (Certificates should be submitted from Govt./ Autonomous Body).
2. Tenderer shall have the following minimum level of financial capacity to quality for the performance of the Works under the Contract.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 50,00,000.00 (Fifty Lac) over the last 05 (Five) years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of the Tender shall be Tk 100% of offered amount by Tender.
Liquid assets must be in the form of credit facilities, the certificate issued by the bank referencing to this package number and Tender ID should be considered for evaluation.
4. The minimum capacity shall be TK. 50,00,000.00 (Fifty Lac).
5.Tenderer have to submit owner's affidavit, valid updated trade license, updated income tax certificate, vat registration certificate.
