প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in any business works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 years.
b) A satisfactory completion of similar works as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) Construction in a single contract within the last 5 (Five) years of a value of at least
Tk.1.00 (One) lac in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1.5 (One point five) Lac over the last 5(Five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/
Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
d) The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/credit facilities (in the PW2a-8 Form Published by BPPA) of Tk. 1.00 (One) Lac.
e) Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 1.00 (One) lac. The Tenderer must submit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet.
f) The Tenderer must have Up-to-date Trade license, Vat Registration Certificate, Up-to-date Income Tax Clearence Certificate.
g) Vat shall be deducted from the Contractors bill using the current NBR rate.
h) All other conditions as mentioned in TDS and PCC of e-Tender ducument must be fulfiled.
