4. Experience in civil construction/civil maintenance work at least of 03 [Three] years at Govt. / Semi Govt. / Autonomous organization is the minimum eligibility of the Tenderer.
5. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction/ civil maintenance works under public sector of at least [single] contract(s) of [civil maintenance work] successfully completed within the last 5.00 [five] years, each with a value of at least Tk. 8.00 lac [Eight lac].
