প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer must have:
1) Up to Date valid Trade License.
2) Up to Date Income Tax Certificate.
3) VAT Registration Document
4) Tax Clearance Certificate (or Acknowledgement Slip issued by the competent Authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year (2023-24).
5) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 03 (three) years.
6) The minimum specific experience as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (one) contract of construction works successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least BDT 14,00,000.00 ( Fourteen Lakh Taka Only)
7) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be BDT 15,00,000.00 (Fifteen Lakh Taka Only)
8) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than BDT 10,00.000.00 (Ten Lakh Taka Only) over the last 05 (five) financial years or best 05 (five) years in the last 10 (ten) years
