প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a.The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
b.The minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Construction works of at least 1(one) number contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 90.00 Lakh.
c.The required average annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk 550.00 Lakh over the last 05 (Five) years.
d.The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 80.00 Lakh (in the form PW2A-8) in original form.
e. Satisfying other criterion laid down in the Tender date sheet of Tender documents.
f. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected/included as per PPR-2025 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
Note: CPTU office letter Memo-21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202 Dated: 10.10.2019. His previous work does not satisfactory and he does not complete any work within stipulated time. Otherwise tender will be considered as non-responsive.
