প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 1 number of contract successfully completed within the last 5 years with a value of at least Tk. 180.00 lac in Government /Semi-Government /Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line of the Supplier shall be Tk. 220.00 lakh. The certificate of free fund (liquid asset) must be unconditional and to be issued in favor of related supply of goods (Name of the Goods). Liquid asset must be substantiated by a letter of commitment of banks undertaking for line of credit (form PG3-8). Document submitted along with the tender, must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
4. The supplier must possess and submit: i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate. ii) Up-to-date trade license. iii) Up-to-date VAT registration, iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractory and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB. (v) Manufacturer authorization letter. (e-PG3-6).
5.Met all other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender as mentioned in the ITT, GCC & Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & Tender documents.
