* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
* যেহেতু এটা একটি সীমিত পদ্ধতির (LTM) কার্য ক্রয়ের দরপত্র, কাজেই দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩ কোটি টাকা বা তার চেয়ে কম হবে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Only Enlisted Contractors/Firms of Education Engineering Department under Naogaon District only who are registered in the National e-GP System portal (http://eprocure.gov.bd) and who have paid renewal fee for the financial year 2025-2026 will be eligible.
b) Tenderer who possesses : i) Valid trade license (Up to date) ii) Up to date VAT certificate iii) Up to date Income Tax certificate iv) NID card.
c) Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK 16.000 lakh. Incase of Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of (Form PW2b-5) mentioning the name of single work ie single Tender ID.
d) Further information and guidelines are available in the National e-GP System portal and from e-GP help desk (helpdesk@eprocure.gov.bd.)
e) The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason what so ever.
f) Payment will be made as per availability of fund but the whole work must be completed within the stipulated time.
g) The Procuring Entity shall have the right to correct/modify the description/quantity of items before entering into agreement.
h) Satisfy other criteria laid down in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
