* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,৬০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২,৬০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 years.
b) The Tenderer must have experience of supply of similar goods in a single contract amounting not less than BDT 5.00 Lakh during last 05 (five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies.The work completion certificates are to be issued by an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concerned Department/ Organization.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 8.00 Lakh. credit facilities should be submitted as per prescribed format "Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PG2-5)" which is attached in Tender Data Sheet (ITT Clause 9.1). Otherwise, the submitted tender will be treated as Technically Non-Responsive.
d) Manufacturaer's/distributer's/supplier's authorization letter to be submitted by the tenderer.
e) Debarred firms from any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies are to be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
f) Up-to-date trade license, TIN & VAT registration certificate, Income Tax clearance certificate etc. to be submitted.
g) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS)/Price & delivery schedule for goods of bidding documents must be fulfilled.
