প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years..
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least Single contract(s) of Similar Nature of works successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 9.0 Lakh (Nine).
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 8.00 (Eight Lakh) over the last 5 (five) years.
4. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/credit facilities/creditline of the tenderer shall be TK. 8.00 Lakh (Eight) only, supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work in the form of e-PW2a-8 (Line of Credit) only.
5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 9.00 (Nine) Lakh. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments).
6. Up-to dated Trade License and VAT Registration Certificate. Income Tax Clearance - as per TDS
8. Up-to dated ABC category contractory & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, GoB.
9.VAT shall be deducted from the contractor's bill using the current NBR rate.
10. All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
