প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderers must possess valid Trade License, TIN, VAT Registration, Audit Report and Income Tax Clearance Certificate and submit the same in designated sections of the e-GP system.
Only experience certificates issued by the concerned PE with details of work, value, duration, memo number, date, seal and signature shall be accepted; private or non-verifiable certificates shall be rejected.
Tenderer must submit Average Annual Construction Turnover (last five years) and Current Contract Commitments & Available Capacity strictly in designated e-GP sections with supporting evidence.
Any false, misleading, inconsistent or non-verifiable document or declaration shall result in immediate rejection and be treated as fraudulent practice.
All non-life insurance for Public Property and liabilities shall be taken only through Sadharon Bima Corporation as per Insurance Corporation Act, 2019.
The Tenderer shall visit the site, assess all site constraints and quote accordingly; no claim shall be entertained later on any site-related ground.
The Contractor shall submit still/drone photographs and video/drone video records at all stages at his own cost; mandatory for measurement and bill processing.
All costs for material tests, strength tests, sampling and related expenditures shall be borne by the Contractor.
If any submission is not in accordance with tender requirements, the decision of the TEC shall be final for evaluation, and no claim or clarification shall be entertained.
In case of tie between lowest responsive bidders, TEC Chairperson will decide the outcome with help of PE and this will be considered as final decision.
