প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as
mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
b. The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :
(i) Valid Trade License
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate
(iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate
(iv) Copy of NID card
c. The Tender security must be enclosed in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft duly pledged in favor of the Registrar, Patuakhali Science & Technology University (PSTU), Dumki, Patuakhali, from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
d. Copy of Work Completion Certificate must be attached for work experiance.
e. The satisfactory Completion of Similar work of supply of minimum 40.00 (Forty) Lakhs under at least 1 contract within the stipulated time in the last 5 years.
f.The minimum amount of liquid assets if working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. TDS
g. Annual turnover miniumum  170.00 (One hundred seventy) lac within 5 years only payment certificate.
