* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২০,০০০,০০১ ~ ৫৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This Invitation for Tender is open to all qualified Tenderers as mentioned below:
(a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of external electrification items /Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Lift, AC & other external electrification items) of at least one single contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 150.00 Lac.
(c) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combinati8n of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 170.00 Lac.
(d) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is 400.00 Lac.
(e)The tender must possess:
(i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate. Income Tax Assessment Year shall be 2025-26.
.(ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
(iii) Up-to-date trade license.
(iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractor ship and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(f) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC, TDS & PCC, Which strictly should be followed.
