The final decision about the lowest responsive tenderer will be taken according to the recommendation of TEC.
Tenderers shall also have to fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.

2. If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstructive practices of any kind is determined against any tenderer , then measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 of standard Tender Document.
