* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be Three (3) years.
(ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least One (1) contract of Similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last Five (5) years, each with a value of at least Tk. Sixty (60) lakh only.
(iii) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. Seventy (70) lakh only over the best Three (3) years in the last Five (5) financial years.

(iv) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. Thirty (30) lakh only.
(v) Work Completion Certificate shall be submitted by the Tenderer as a proof of specific Experience. Work Completion Certificate must be issued by the Procuring Entity (Procuring Entity means any Government/Semi Government/Autonomous/Corporate Body or Agency).
(vi) Work Completion Certificate issued by any Non-Government Procuring Entity (Private Company/Firm) shall not be considered. i.e., Non-Government or Private Experience shall not be considered.
(vii) The Tenderer shall have valid Trade License, updated Tax Payment related document, VAT Registration Certificate (13 Digit BIN).
