* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২০,০০০,০০১ ~ ৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tender is open to all eligible tenderer who has
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods & related services shall be 05 years.
b) Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Lift in a single contract with a mimnimum value of Tk.175.00 (One Hundred Seventy FiveLakh ) having Single Contract in any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies /Private Organization with in last 5(Five) years. (Years counting from the date of IFT)
(Regarding specific experience if it is done in any organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be a senior level officer and the same certificate shall have to be authenticated by EXN of concerned working jurisdiction of PWD.
c) The minimum amount of liquid asset of the tenderer shall be Tk185.00 (One Hundred Eighty Five Lac) in the form of a letter of commitment for banks undertaking for line of credit (Form e-PG3-8) without allternation issued not ealier than twenty-eight (28) days of the deadline for submission of tender only.
d) Valid Manufacturer authorization letter for the proposed brand of lift (form e-PG3-6)
e)The Tenderer must posses:
i) Up-to-date valid Trade License (FY 2025-26)
ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate(FY 2024-25) obtained by NBR
iii)Up-to-date valid TIN & VAT registration Certificate
iv) Valid ABC category Contactory and Supervisory license from Electrical Licensing Board (FY:2025-26)
v) Valid IRC Certificate.
vi) Assurance Certificate for after sales service from the manufacturer/ authorized distributor.
Met all other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the Tender as mentioned in ITT, GCC, TDS &Tender documents.
