* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৮০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৮০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer shall must submit the following documents with the Tender:
1.Valid Trade License
2. Last 5 years audit report
3.Updated TAX Return Certificate
4. Bank Solvency Certificate
5.Valid VAT/BIN registration Certificate
6.Import Registration Certificate (Where necessary)
7.Experience Certificate: at least one in last 5 years, (one to supprt sigle work order value mentioned in sl. no 11 of this list )
8. Tenderer Must have Own Service Centers (at least 6 service centers across Bangladesh three of them in Dhaka and other three oustside of Dhaka with Full address)
9.NID of the Tenderer or Representative
10.The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 years.
11.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Mobile Phone and accessories of at least [01] contract(s) successfully completed within the last [05] years with a value of at least Tk.330.00 lacs
12.The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is: 10,000 Units supply or production capacity per year
13.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk: 5.00 crore
