কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer who posed Trade license, VAT and e-TIN certificate, National ID of authorized person, Authorization letter of authorized person (mentioning tender ID, works name & quoted tender amount in official letter pad) and Income tax clearance certificate with acknowledgement slip (all document's are valid, upto date, clear & clean scan copy submitted).
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years. Time counting backward from the last date of Tender Submission.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of similar nature of Building construction works successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1,00,00,000.00 (Taka One Crore Only). Time counting backward from the last date of Tender Submission. 
4. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 1,00,00,000.00 (Total = 1,00,00,000.00 x 3 = 3,00,00,000.00)  over the last 03 (Three) years.
5. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 45,00,000.00
6. The minimum capacity shall be: Tk. 1,00,00,000.00
7. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per STD, PPA-2006, PPR-2025 and it’s all latest amendments and no claim in this regards will be entertained. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to change, modify or cancel this tender process without assigning any cause.
