প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(i) Having Bangladeshi Nationality with Valid NID.
(ii) Having updated Trade License.
(iii) Having valid e-TIN and income tax clearance certificate (Tax year 2025-26).
(iv) Having VAT registration certificate (BIN).
(v) Having bank solvency certificate/bank statement.
(vi) Having minimum period of general experience of Three (3) years in the supply of computer software.
(vii) Having the minimum specific experience as Supplier in supplying similar software at least Two (2) contracts successfully completed within the last Three (3) years with a value of Tk. 8.50 Lac (Eight Lac Fifty Thousand Taka Only)
(viii) Having minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) shall be Tk 9.00 Lac (Nine Lac Taka Only)
(ix) Having membership certificate of Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS).
