Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:
1. Updated Renewal HED License 2. Updated Trade License 3. Valid VAT Registration Certificate 4. Updated Income Taxclearence Certificate 5. National ID/Smart Card. 6. Bank Solvency Certificate are valid and up to date from any scheduledbank of Bangladesh, issued not earlier than (28) day's prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender without which the e-Quotation may be considered non-responsive.(The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be 2 Lac in the prescribed form (PW2A).)
7. Tenderer, who failed to start the work in any project of Health Engineering Department (HED), Cox's Bazar Division, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare without any reasonable cause can not take part in this e-Tender notice
8. Others eligibility remain as per TDS.
The Tender Validity period shall be 90 days
