8. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 5,00,000.00 (Five Lacs) only.
Tenderer shall demonstrate the resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the value for the individual contracts/contractual commitments, incase participation in more than one package/lot from sameprocuring entity and other procuring entity (ies).
• Banking instrument- authenticated by bank statement, saving instrument from any scheduled bank.
• Working capital- authenticated by recent past Audit Reports.
• Credit facilities- authenticated by credit sanctioned letter and bank statement of the credit account.
• Credit line- authenticated by any scheduled bank in the format as specified , without alteration.
• Banking instrument, statement, statement of Credit facilities and Credit line issued not earlier than 28
(twenty eight) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract.
