প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tenders is open to all e-GP system registerd eligible Tenderers having :
a) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
b) Valid VAT registration certificate.
Bc) Up-to-date trade license.
d) Up-to-date ABC category contractory and supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board
e) General experience: Reputed Contactors/ Construction firms having minimum general experience in construction works for 5 (Five) year's.
f) Specific Experience: (i) Must have successful completion of at least 1(one) number similar nature of works of Government / semi Government / Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years minimum amounting TK. 5.00 (Five) Lacs, in a single contract and years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-gp system.
g) The Tenderers average annual construction turn over shall be greater than amounting TK.10.00 (Ten) Lacs, This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work completed under public sector during last 05 (Five) years
h) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting TK.2.00 (Two) Lacs, Document (Original Copy Only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose which is attached in Tender Documents of Section-5: Tender & Contract Form.
i) Tenders having quoted the offer in percentage more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated of the proposed works, shall be rejected. If the quoted price is same among the tenderers then evaluation process is maintained according to the ITT Clause 30.4
