প্যাকেজের বিবরণ: a) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works.
b) Having experience As a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 60,00,000.00 ( Sixty lacs) under any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization.
c) The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1,00,00,000.00 ( One Hundred Lacs) only over the last 05( Five) years Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh supported by payment certificates
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 80,00,000.00 (Eighty Lacs) only. Document of Liquid Assets submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work in the form PW3-7, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.
e) Any other eligibility mentioned in Tender Data Sheet.
