Qualifications: Describe as tender document TDS & PCC
(1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shal be 3 (Three) years.
(2)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Construction works under public sector shal be at least in a single 1 (one) contract successfuly completed within the last 3 (Three) years with a value of at least Tk. =15,00,000.00 (Fifteen lakh) only; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(3) Tenderer must submitted specific experience work completed certificate(s) issued by the relevant PE shal be furnished with e-GP Tender ID & NOA copy/Manual work order & payment certificates, otherwise Tenderer wil be considered as Non–Responsive.
(4) The required average annual construction turnover shal be greater than Tk. =18,00,000.00 (Eightteen Lakh) only over the last 03 years.
(5) TheThe minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shal be Tk. =15,00,000.00 (Fifteen Lakh) only.
(6) The minimum amount of Tender Capacity Tk.=15,00,000.00 (Fifteen Lakh) only.
Special Instruction: (i) Tenderer should have Updated Trade license, VAT certificate with BIN, TIN, Income Tax Certificate (2024-2025). otherwise Tenderer wil be considered as Non-Responsive.
