* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১০,০০০,০০০ ~ ৩০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible tenderer registered in e-GP system meeting the following criteria.
a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Lift and related services shall be 05 years.
b)The minimum specific experience as contractor of satisfactory completion of supply and installation of lift with related services with a value of at least Tk.95.00 (Ninety five) Lakh having Single Contract completion certificate within last Five (05) years under Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies /Private Organization in Bangladesh.
i)In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concerned Executive Engineer. ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/ Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies /Private Organization in Bangladesh other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of EXN and the same certificate will be duly verified and authenticated by the concerned Exnof PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or Letter of Commitment for Banks Undertaking for Line of Credit of Tender and Contract Forms must be submitted for this purpose of the successful Tenderer shall not be less thanTk.95.00 (Ninety five) Lakh.
d)The Tenderer must posses: Up-to-date:- (i)valid Trade License (ii)Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate (iii)Valid VAT registration Certificate (iv) ABC category Contactory and Supervisory license from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh v) IRC Certificate.
e)The tenderer shall be the sole agent/Rpresentative/distributor certificate of the lift and should enclose the same certificate with Tender document.
f)Catalogue & Technical specifications of proposed Brand as per TDS.
All other required conditions as per ITT, GCC & TDS.
