প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
i) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in Building/construction works.
ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least one (01) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last five (5) years, with a value of at least Tk. 170.00 Lac (One Hundred Seventy Lac)
iii)The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over during last 5 (five) years Tk. 145.00 Lac. Only Payment certificate will be considered for turnover calculation.
iv) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk. 60.00 Lac (Sixty Lac). Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per form (e-PW2A-8)
v) Minimum Tender Capacity TK 170.00 Lac.
(vi) Documents of valid and Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate, ABC category contractor & Supervisory License issued from Electricity Licensing Board etc. shall be submitted.
(vii) All other & detailed conditions and criteria as specified in all sections of the tender document must be fulfilled.
