* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৩৩৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪,০০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৩৩৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৪,০০০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 8 (Eight) years*.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature works (B+10 storied building with single basement) completed within last 5 (Five) years* with a value of at least Tk 115.00 Crore (One Hundred and Fifteen point Zero Zero Crores) in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization.
c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years* of Tk 60.00 Crore (Sixty point Zero Zero Crore) in Govt/ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous organization. Tenderers shall submit payment certificates during last 5 years* with a year-wise list. Payment Certificates of JV works not supported by JV Agreement shall not be taken into consideration.
d). The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 15.00 Crore (Fifteen point Zero Zero Crores) and to be submitted from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in e-PW3-8 form. The document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between tender publication and submission date. Liquid certificate other than in e-PW3-8 shall not be accepted.
e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 115.00 Crore (One Hundred Fifteen point Zero Zero Crore). Necessary documents must be submitted in support of tender capacity.
f) The Tenderer must possess and submit Up to date Valid Trade License, Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Up to date ABC and supervisory license certificates, VAT Registration Certificate, Up to date Audit Report of the Firm, Work Program in Bar Chart etc.
