* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩৪,৬০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০৩,৮০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩৪,৬০০,০০০ ~ ১০৩,৮০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Experience Criteria
a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Medicine (Non EDCL) shall be 5 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper with should be submitted prove the authenticity any govt hospital (NOA, Contract Agreement, Work order & satisfactory Certification’s).
(b) The satisfactory Specific Experience of supply of similar goods MSR Medicine (Non-EDCL) at least 02 (Two) contracts successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years and summation value of those contract is minimum Tk. [2,25,00,000.00] (Two Crore Twenty five Lakh taka only) with NOA, Contract Agreement, Work Order and Satisfactory Certifications i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system. (NOA/ Agreement/Work Order should be submitted along with the certificate to prove the authencity of the experience certificate. Experience Certificate must be from a Government/ health organization. Otherwise, it will be considered as Non-Responsive by the Evaluation Committee)
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be tk 3,46,00,000/- (Taka Three Crore Forty Six Lakh). AND Tender Security tk 10,38,000/- (Ten Lakh Thirty Eight Thousand) both must be in favor of Superintendent, 250 Bedded General Hospital, Chattogram. Otherwise, the bidder would be Non-Responsive. Otherwise, the bidder should be Non-Responsive
