প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services. 2) The satisfactory completion of supply and installation of similar Goods (Solar PV System) of minimum Tk 36,00,000.00 (Thirty Six Lac taka). under single contract within the last 5 (five) years shall required. 3) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk. 36,00,000.00 (Thirty Six Lac taka). Letter of commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of credit should be in the format as specified in the tender form. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender 
4) The Tenderer must submit: Up-to-date valid Trade License, Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate, Valid VAT registration Certificate and Up-to-date valid ABC/BC Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board
5) The Tenderer must submit: Manufacturer Authorization/ Dealership/Agencyship Certificate and Catalogue. 
6) All other terms and conditions are mentioned in TDS of this tender.  i) PPR 2025 (with all Amendment) shall be followed.
