2.Tax Clearance Certificate (or Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year 2023-2024;
[The Assessment Year (AY) shall be the immediate past Assessment Year of the Financial Year in which the Tender is invited. For example, if the Tender is invited in the Financial Year 2025-2026, the AY shall be 2023-2024]
3. VAT Registration Number/ Business Identification Number (BIN).
4. Financial Solvency Certificate showing liquid asset of at least BDT 2,00,000/- (Two Lakh) from any scheduled Bank;
without which the quotation may be considered non-responsive.
