(5) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 3 years, with a value of at least Tk. 13.00 lac.
(6) National Identity Card
(7) Bond countersigned on the pad of the organization stating that the firm/organization of the tenderer is not blacklisted
(8) 03 (three) sample signatures on the pad of the organization attested by a 1st class officer
(9) 02 (two) copies of recent passport size photographs
(10) Contractor's license for the implementation of the relevant work
(11) Other qualifications as mentioned in the tender document/schedule.Original documents from No. 01 to No. 08 must be produced at the time of tendering
