* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৩,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪,৫০০,০০০ ~ ১৩,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 3 (three) years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper).
(2) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in the supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (one) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 3 (three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 3500000 (Thirty-five lakh taka only).
(3) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: Quantity equal to the proposed supply requirement of this package per year.
(4) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid assets, working capital, or credit line(s), or specific credit commitment, or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 4400000 (Forty four lakh taka only).
(5) The amount of the Tender Security shall be 135000 (One lakh thirty five thousand taka only) in favor of Sub-Project Manager, Sub-Project PIN: 13221, Sub-Project Title: Recovery of Precious Metals from Electronic Waste in Bangladesh Using Bio Adsorbent Technology for Sustainable Management.
(6) The import registration certificate (IRC) must be submitted with the tender.
(7) Bidder must have an ISO 9001:2015 Certificate issued before the tender publication date and must submit it with the tender; otherwise, it will be declared non-responsive.
(8) CV of a minimum of 02-application and 02-service engineers with a minimum of 05 years’ experience MUST be submitted by the tenderer.
