প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The tenderer must have a valid and up-to-date trade license, BIN certificate, and income tax clearance certificate.
2. Tenderer should have a bank statement/line of credit reflecting minimum 10 (ten) lakh taka as a liquid asset.
3. Tenderer should have experience supplying similar items (electrical material/consumables) of an amount of 8 (eight) Lakh within the last three years in a single contract in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Institute. Only a work completion certificate will be considered as proof of experience.
4. Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG2-3) has to be completed with the proper country of origin, make, and model or brand of individual items that are being offered by the tenderer. Incomplete filling or writing "as per tender/as per requirement" in the mentioned form may make the tenderer non-responsive.
5. Tenderer must submit a manufacturer/dealer authorization certificate. Back-to-back authorization with proper documentation is acceptable.
6. Tenderer must submit a 1 (one)-year warranty certificate from manufacturer.
7. Tender shall be accompanied by a tender security in favor of the Deputy Director, Regional Account Office, BPDB, Shahjibazar, Habigang, in the form of DD/Pay Order from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh.
