প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenders who are enlisted with e-GP system portal, can submit the tender through online.
1.The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be not less than 03 (Three) years.
2.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 20 (Twenty) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 01.00 (One) Lac. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper).
3.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 01.52 (Two Point Five Two Lac)only.
4.The Tenders shall have The Minimum Tender Capacity of Tk. 1.35 (One Point Three Five Lac) lac only.
5. You must submit the documents clarifying whether the materials supplied by you will be sourced from your own business or from another supplier.
• If collecting from your own business: Provide the location of your store or warehouse on your official business pad.
• If procured from another supplier, provide the supplier's store or warehouse location for verification by TEC. Additionally, submit a price quote from the supplier as supporting evidence of your quoted price (on the supplier's store or official pad).
• If any of the above false information is provided or if the Tender Evaluation Committee inspects and does not find the existence of the mentioned shop or warehouse, necessary action may be taken against the bidder.
6. The bidder must submit the rate analysis with the document.
