* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum General Experience of the Tenderer shall have a minimum of  five (05) years’ experience in the Supply of Electrical Goods/Equipment. In this connection, experience certificates regarding supply of Electrical Goods/ Equipment shall have to be submitted by the bidders. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).
2.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 3 (three) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5(five) years, total 60.00(sixty) lac minimum of them with a value of at least Tk. 10 (ten) lac,in any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous/ Public limited/ Non-Government Electricity Company of Bangladesh. In this regard, (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).
3.The offered capacitor cell must be complied with existing system and GA (General Arrangement) Drawing in all respect; otherwise, the bid will be treated as direct rejection.
4. The offered capacitor cell must be supplied within 180 days from the date of contact signing.
5.The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 70.00(seventy) lac.
