Tenderers Shall have the Up-to Date valid Licenses Issued by the Corresponding Competent Authority as specified in TDS With Others Experiences & Qualifications. Such As...
1. Certificate of construction of civil work i.e construction Work of Underground Drainage Pipeline With Infrastructure for removed Water Logging in a single work order of 05.00 (Five) Lakhs taka in last 5 years;
2. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive grade.
3. Valid Trade License with up-to-date renewal.
4. Valid TIN Certificate with up-to-date Income Tax Certificate.
5. VAT Registration Certificate.
6. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities is 02.00 (Two) Lakh.
7. The required average annual construction turnover shall be Tk.04 (Four) Lakh) over the last five (5) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
8. The tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the tender document (TDS)
9. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No claim in this regard will be entertained
