প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Tenderer should submit the certificates of followings.
     a) Up to date Trade License
     b) Up to date Income Tax Certificate.
     c) Up to date VAT Registration
     d) NID
2. The Tenderer should have completed similar type of contract having minimum valuation of Tk 10.60Lac in single work in last 5(five) years.
3. Minimum liquid asset Should be TK 10.60 Lac .
4. The tenderer should have annual turn over for Tk 10.60 Lac in last 5(five) years.
5. The final decision about the winning tender will be taken according the recommendation of TEC and hence approval from AA, based on applicable PPR regulations for this Re-Tender.
6. Tenderers shall also have to fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.
