-The Minimum Number of Years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Managementshall be 05 years.
-The Minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Construction Works under Public Sector of at Least 01 Contracts of Similar Types of Work Successfully Completed in Govt./ Semi-Govt./ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the Last 05 years, with a Value of at least Tk 5.00 Lac.
-The Minimum Amount of Financial Resources as Liquid Asset or Working Capital or Credit Lines or Specific Credit Commitment or in Any Combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 5.00 Lac. Must be Issued Within Publication of IFT in e-GP System to the Last Date of Lodgment of the Tender and must be Followed by the Appropriate Format in the Form of e-PW2A-8.
-The Minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. 4.5 Lac.
-The required Average Annual Construction Turnoverunder public sector shall begreater than Tk 8.00 Lac over the last 05 Financial Years.This must be Supported by Total Certified Payment Received for Contracts in Progress or Work Complete under Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during Last 05 Years.
