2. Value Added Tax (VAT)/BIN Registration Certificate;
3. TIN Certificate and Updated Tax Payer Certificate;
4. General experience of Supply of Five years (According to TDS) Including 2024-2025 Trade License; Last Five years of Trade License has to be submitted; Tenderers are requested not to Submit the General Experience Certificate of More than the Five Years of validity.
5. Relevant/Similar & Specific Experience of Supply of three years (According to TDS), Tenderers are requested not to Submit the Similar/Specific/Relevant Experience Certificate of More than the Three Years of validity.
6. Sufficient liquid assets/credit line facilities and financial solvency Certificate (use CPTU prescribed format) and
7. Original Manufacturer's Authorization Certificate (with Manufacturer's Contact Details; I.E. Email ID, Phone Number, Fax Number, Company Address, Web Site Link etc.).
8. Import Registration Certificate (IRC).
9. Warranty: Minimum 01 (One) Year after installation or manufacturer warranty which one is
convenient to PE or User.
10. Original Product Catalogue/ Brochure.
11. All necessary accessories to function the product practically will have to be supplied by the Tenderer
12. To Submit all kinds of unnecessary documents are Highly Discouraged those have not been mentioned as conditions in the Tender Documents.
