1. Up To Date Trade license.
2. Up to date income tax certificate (TIN) and income tax paid slip or certificate.
3. VAT registration certificate.
4. Photocopy of national ID.
5.Bank solvency certificate issued by any scheduled bank
5.Manufacturer’s name, Model no., Brand name and Country of origin / Manufacturing Country must be clearly mentioned in the offer. Multiple Brand/ Multiple Country of origin/ Multiple manufacturing Country mentioned in the offer is not accepted.
6. If the Tenderer is not a manufacturer then letter of authorization from Manufacturer or Manufacturer’s Subsidiary company or direct channel partner of Manufacturer will be required. No via or no third party involvement will be accepted. Mentionable that, the manufacturer or the Subsidiary company of Manufacturer or the direct channel partner of Manufacturer are allowed to attend the tender.
7. Bidder must submit confirmation letter regarding submission of the conformance certificate by original equipment manufacturer (OEM) during supply of goods.
8. Bidder must submit confirmation letter regarding supplying the goods in safe and following the packing standard of manufacturer.
9. Country of Origin (COO) Certificate & Bill of Entry must be submitted along with goods.
10. Necessary Catalogue (soft copy) must be supplied with the offer in English language.
11. Manufacturer test certificate (if any)/Calibration certificate (if any) & Instruction/Operation Maintenance manual must be supplied along with goods.
12. Bidder must submit confirmation letter regarding the supplied items must be fully complied as per technical specification and must be matched without any modification with GPFPLC existing system.
13. One year warranty after confirmation of quality certificate from GPFPLC.
