The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
1. Up to date trade License.
2. Valid TIN & VAT registration certificate.
3. Up to date "ABC" catagory contractor & Supervisory license from electricity licencing Board of Bangladesh.
4. Authorization letter & National ID scan copy.
5. For LED street light standard & certificates required as follows - LM-79, LM-80.TM-21, EMC, IEC61000-3-2 or IEC61000-3-3, ENEC certification, IK & IP rating Compliance Reports/Certification 60529 or EN 60 529 (IP-66 or higher) and IEC 62262 or EN 50 102(IK-08 or higher) - Degrees of Protection. CE, RoHS, ENEC or CB or TUV Certified. Salt Spray Test.
6. Certification for pole- ISO certification of the manufacturer.
Compliance with EN 40 (all parts, esp. EN 40-3 & EN 40-5).
Welding procedure & welder qualification certificates per EN 288 / EN 1011.
Hot-dip galvanization per EN ISO 1461.
Impact/passive safety certification per EN 12767 (if required for high-speed roads).
Material test certificates per EN 10204

7. The Tenderer must submit the authorization from CLMS developer/Manufacturer and also a separate undertaken from tenderer (as per authorised CLMS developer/Manufacturer) to DNCC assuring that, if selected to award, then full source code, communication protocol for the software and system will be provided to DNCC. The tenderer must integrate the software to DNCC's existing server (Data Centre).
