* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.The product of supplier as per sample or specification has approved by the Board Authority then supplier will supply product and the product will be received.
2.Tenderer must submit the following documents:
i) FY: 2024-25 and FY: 2023-2024 income tax clearance certificate.
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iii) Up-to-date FY: 2025-26 Trade License.
3.The amount of the Tender Security shall be Tk.50000 /- ( Fifty thousand Taka)
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s),
net of other contractual commitments is 15,00,000(Fifteen Lac Taka).
5. Bank solvency paper should be mentioned tender id, tender reference
number, amount of Tk. 15,00,000(Fifteen Lac Taka). Date between Tender
publish and Opening date.
6.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. Tk.13,00,000 (Thirteen Lac ). years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
7.Performance Security or Performance guarantee must be deposit for at least one year or until next audit from bill payment date of Goods
8.The bid must be submitted including VAT and Tax.
9.VAT and Income Tax will be deducted 20%(twenty percent) from submitted Bill as per latest rule of NBR
10. The authority reserves the right to relax any conditions at any time.
11. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all
Tenders/Proposals/Pre-Qualifications/ EOIs any time
