* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১৩,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
General experience of the contractor shall be 5 (Five) years in similar nature of works.
The minimum specific experience as a contractor in similar nature of works (Installation of observation well, Installation of production deep tube well, Installation of water treatment plant-IRP, Minimum capacity-5,000 lit/hr, construction of cascade tray with ground reservoir for aeration system and pump operator house work) successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years with a value of at least Tk. 25.00 (Twenty five) Lac in single contract under Government/Semi government sector of Bangladesh.
The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk. 35.00 (thirty five) Lac in the last 3 (Three) years. Payment certificates for contract completed under Government/Semi government sector during last 3 (Three) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual turnover.
The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/working capital/credit facilities (in the e-PW2A-8 form without any alteration) Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) Lac.
The Tenderers must submit with its Tender VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date Trade License, Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate provide by Government of Bangladesh.
VAT shall be deducted from the contractor's bill using the current NBR rate which was used for estimation of this work. All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
The procuring entity have right to receive or reject any part or all the tenders.
All tenderers are eligible except Israel for this tender.
