* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৭০,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৭০,০০০,০০০ ~ ২১০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Qualifications: Describe as tender document TDS & PCC
(i) he minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be five [5] years.
(ii) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Electrical equipment) at least one [1] contract(s) successfully completed within the last five [5] years under public sector, each with a value of at least Tk. 5,60,00,000.00 (Five crore sixty lakh only). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(iii) Supplier must submitted the minimum specific experience certificate as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Electrical equipment) with a value at least Tk. 5,60,00,000.00 (Five crore sixty lakh only) maximum one (1) contract successfully completed within the last [5] years, with e-GP Tender ID & NOA copy or Manual work order, otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non–Responsive.
(iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 6,00,00,000.00 (Six crore) only.
Special Instruction:
(i) Supplier should have Updated Trade license, VAT certificate with BIN, Income Tax Certificate (2024-2025), should have ISO standard certification.
(ii) Supplier should have wear house facilities to confirm after sale services, warranty certificate and should submitted the Company profile for the technical persons.
